Delivery observation window
The explicitly bounded set of completed-work observations used to inform a delivery forecast, including its dates, work definition, team context and known changes.
This editorial definition adds provenance to historical flow data. A window is not automatically representative merely because it is recent; its work type, team and definition of finished must remain comparable to the decision being forecast.
